We loved these.I made them to use with the Pulled Pork and Cider Rolls recipe.
I did warm the milk to 37c before adding the rest of the ingredients and then I kneaded the dough.

These would probably be nice for that rare occasions when you have sausages and onion in a roll.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I made these again today. I used fresh yeast which I warmed with the milk and sugar prior to adding the other ingredients. It's a beautiful dough.I love working with fresh yeast :D
