about to be a "user"
« on: February 01, 2010, 06:36:28 am »
hi everyone i have just joined the Thermomix team as a consultant (yet to receive my machine and do training but anxious to get started).  Also never used a forum before so lots of new technology for me at the moment.  Really excited about the prospect of cooking all these yummy things.
Saw demonstration by chef laurent on friday on the sunshine coast -  he was brilliant!  There was so much going on it was hard to keep up with what they were producing.  I think i will have to get lots more friends so that i can do dinner parties and "play".  Strawberry daquaries sounds like a good start lol. I will have a cruise around the site and get to know everyone and learn what forums are for and about.  Cheers and hope to start some good friendships here! ;D

I'm keen to start having friends over more often as it gives me an opportunity/excuse to cook!  Not that I need one.  Hope you enjoy your machine and the training.

Welcome qecho. I'm sure you will soon become addicted to your TMX and this forum like the rest of us.

Welcome! I also first saw the TMX at a Cooking Class at Sunny Coast featuring Chef Laurent! I to became a consultant immediately!  :D Is Angelina your GL? That is who I trained under.  Have fun choosing what you'll do first - pretty sure it'll be custard though ;)

Hi qecho, welcome to the forum.  You will make lots of friends here and find lots of delicious recipes too.  They are coming in so fast these days I can't keep up with them and my 'to do' folder is growing by the day.  It is all part of the fun though.
