125g natural yogurt

Place coconut in tm and process for 15 seconds on speed 9
add 500grs milk and process for 2 minutes speed 9
add remainder ingredients and process 4min/50º/speed 4

Then proceed as usual.

I'm not sure if this is a dumb question or not  :-\ but is it possible to make this with pre-made yoghurt? I'm intending to make a batch of the 2L yoghurt tomorrow and would like to try this coconut yoghurt, but I don't want 1+ litres of it!

Best to cut back on quantities so you don't make as much - but it needs to develop in the mix as normal yoghurt making.

But beware there have been negative reviews of this style of yoghurt making.

That was quick!  I think I'll have a go with the standard method and assuming that goes well try this variation as a half mixture.
