No Nola but you could substitute broccoli for the spinach in this recipe of mine - it is delicious, been a favourite for many years.  Bron's steamed garlic rice recipe is here.

Thanks for the recipe Judydawn, I already have the garlic rice recipe saved and printed out, so will definitely give this a try.  I have a bit of the chicken risotto left from 2 nights ago, so may make it with this for now.
