This was absolutely delicious, and cooking the spaghetti in the sauce is genius.
I forgot my stock concentrate is really salty, so should have omitted salt (which the original recipe called for).
I needed to give it an extra 5 mins to make sure the spaghetti was done and I didn't get too much baked-on residue on the bowl.
Only put 30g of oil in (rice bran oil). Could've added less I suppose, but it wasn't too oily for us.
Will definitely cook it again!
