Depends on how much you are needing to cook for the pie, but please consider poachin or steaming in the TM basket.
You could poach it in a TM bowl that has water (or light chicken stock) added after placing the chicken in so that it comes just over the top and cook at 80 degrees for maybe 20 minutes and then just let it steep - it will be nice and moist.
If wanting to do in the Varoma then place 700g water iin TM bowl and cook at Varoma temp on speed 1 for 15 -25 minutes - again it depends on how small you cut the chicken pieces.
