Cookie I know just what you mean.  A couple of years back I purchased some dahl from a shop near the Adelaide Central Market.  I did know that it had new owners but I still didn't expect to find weevels in it.  When I arrived home and emptied the contents into a container I was amazed and angry as it then had to go into the bin,.  What a waste!!!!!

Does anyone have their own version of the common "Season All" that you can buy in the supermarket?

Looking at the Dukkah thread, you could possibly use that - lots of use on baked vegies, roasts, chicken breasts etc.

Thanks Cathy. But some things I used to use it for more as a sesasoning. I no longer use it due to the anti-caking agents added, but would love to replicate it.
