Was trying to grind some chocolate yesterday and the bloody stuff get getting stuck under the blades even though I bashed it up before putting it into tmx. So the blades ended up getting hot enough to melt some of the chocolate before it was ground properly. Hope that I haven`t done it any damage as I was trying to make some fudge and it wouldn`t blend it all together so I ended up putting it in a saucepan over boiling water and it still didn`t set properly. Tastes good but. Sandy

The first time I made coleslaw it became coleslaw soup!  (I added water and stock to the 'mush' and cooked it , but the apple made it taste a bit odd!!  :P )  I've also made beetroot salad into beetroot dip - mushed it too much, so I added a couple of handfuls of almonds and ground it up!  I've left the seal out when grinding grain (messy!), poured water into the bowl then realized it wasn't put together properly (very messy - tipped the TMX over immediately and left to dry out, and it was ok), 'cooked' for ages without the temperature on (forgot to set the timer), overstuffed the Varoma and had rivulets of water streaming down the sides... I think I've done it all!!!!   :-))  Never mind, it's such a tough machine, I haven't managed to do anything major!  ;D
