I had a few problems with these. I cooked the black rice exactly as the recipe said with the MC off. However I still had a lot of liquid in the rice, even after it was in the fridge overnight. I used it all but found the dough to be extremely liquidy, it wouldn't even hold its shape. So I added more bread flour.
Thinking back there is a very strong possibility that I had something leaning on the thermomix when I weighed the liquid in. This is therefore my fault.
I love the rolls and when I have eaten them all I will make them again. The flavour is really something. Because there was possibly a user error here I won't give the recipe a score, flavour is 5/5
