Hello,

Wow I just found this forum, what a great idea!!!!!!

I've had my thermomix for about 6 months and I LOVE it, what a fabulous machine.  I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and learning some new recipes.  I love to convert recipes and just this morning converted a yummy lemon yoghurt cake one :)

Hi Kirsten,

Maybe I can shoot you some of the FAILSAFE recipes I want to try and you can convert them for me :P Just kidding, I reckon I'll have fun converting myself, unless of course the grocery bill runs up too high from failures. Bread is going to be the first biggy I think, as we try and change from our bread maker to the TMX. So if you have any conversion tips on that one, feel free to shoot them my way.

Russell.

Hi Kirsten, great to have you on board.  I couldn't believe my eyes when I first stumbled across this forum - so many recipes and that was in Dec 08, now there are thousands more and growing by the day ;D ;D ;D  Love to see your conversions added to our huge recipe book.

How fabulous, a new memeber who unlike myself might actually have energy to share some recipes. I save all my energy for eating, as it takes a fair slice of my day. The rest is spent getting inspiration from this site and chasing my daughter around. :)

Welcome Kirstan! Can't wait to see some of your converted recipes!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
