Review- Fast & Easy Indian TMX Pg. 92 Bombay Aloo
« on: March 29, 2010, 02:06:02 am »
Recipe Name: Bombay Aloo Pg 92
Book Name: Fast and East Indian TMX

Review: So delicious, and so easy to make. The leftovers were great the next day also- could even be made in to patties. Perhaps more salt needed- perhaps just to water whilst cooking potato. Served as a side dish with Highly recommended menu options Prawn Masala (See review), Jasmine Rice and Poppadoms . The men I served this to are still raving about the food ;)
Score: (out of 5*) 4/5

Not too spicy at all maybe a 4/10- I had my own sun dried chilli's to infuse the oil- I would think a lot would depend on the variety you used.

Thanks. Another one to add to the Indian repertoire.

I have made these a few times, they are gorgeous.  I would give them a 5/5.
