Hi, Dot is my Mum, and lives next door to me.
I organized her a secondhand TM21, 2 weeks ago for her.
Hopefully we will convert alot of recipes and post here.

Welcome Dot. So wonderful to hear you have a TM21 and a daughter next door to help you to get going using it too.
Both my mum and my Nan have one too. Nan would be in her late 70's as well, though she doesn't have a computer to join in on the forum.
Look forward to hearing more from you soon on your TMX adventures

Hi Dot and a very warm welcome to the forum. We can see that you are not letting age get in the way of leaning. You will be amazed how you knowledge of general cooking will transpire to great things coming out of you TMX. You will know how they should look and taste but the ease of making them in the TMX will astound you and open new and adventurous options . Hope you enjoy your journey as much as we do.

Welcome Dot it is lovely to have you on the forum. I really wish my Mum had been around to learn to use a Thermomix as she loved cooking and I know she would have loved it. Good on you-you can all share TM31 and TM21 meals.
