MACADAMIA LIME 'CHEESECAKE' - Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan

Quirky Jo posted this on her site recently and it has been getting lots of rave reviews so I thought I'd share the link here and some photos of the version I made. It does not taste like a typical cheesecake but still great nonetheless.

Maybe it can also be posted under the Vegan section mods??

I would recommend extra lime in either the filling or topping part and possibly extra maple syrup in topping.
