Christmas Muffins
« on: December 19, 2010, 08:12:52 am »
I just used the standard muffin recipe in the EDC but at the end (10 seconds before finishing) ^^ through on  :-: 3 tablespoons of homemade fruit mince with half a tsp on cinnamon and a little freshly grated nutmeg.  Topped them with a sprinkling of raw sugar and they were delicious - even if I say so myself.
