Purchasing thermomix cookbooks

I live in the USA and would like to purchase some of the Thermomix cookbooks. I would love some guidance on where to order from, etc. I imagine the shipping costs vary greatly.
Thanks in advance!

I ordered mine from UK Thermomix
UK Thermomix
and the shipping was reasonable and fairly rapid compared to other UK vendors.
(I buy a lot of books from the UK)
I am very pleased with the Fast and Easy Cooking Termomix TM 31 Recipe Book and Meat on the Menu. I will probably order more as they become available or as I extend my use of the TM

I have posted books from Australia to Canada before and the postage was quite reasonable. Only about $18 Aust.
You can order books from any constultant or you can contact Australian head office, their details are on the website.

Thank you all for the information.
I think I will start with the Fast and Easy, Gluten Free/Wheat Free and the Indian.
