I'm not really sure if you would call this a bread as it has no flour. However I like it. It's very filling and extra easy to make. I didn't have hazelnuts so used macadamias. Itis very important to let this stand so that the linseeds, chia and pysillium husks can absorb the water. I actually left it for longer as we had visitors.
