1 qty EDC pizza dough ( make 3 pizzas from this batch)
Basil topping - for 1 pizza only
1 tblspn butter
2 tspn olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tblspn basil pesto
1/2 tspn dried basil
1/2 tspn dried oregano
2 tspns grated parmesan cheese
Melt the butter for 30 seconds on 90o, add the oil and with the speed set at 8, throw the cloves of garlic onto them through the hole in the lid. Add rest of ingredients and mix together to form a paste.
Spread over the base of 1 pizza and arrange small quantities of thin slices of tomato, zucchini, red onion and red pepper (I used roasted red pepper). Sprinkle over S & P to taste and top with a good handful of mozzarella cheese.
Bake 220oC 10-15 minutes.
