I have consulted several cooking books and all agree that this dish is best cooked in a wok or large frying pan. However you could cook the rice in the TMX, put it aside in the Thermoserver ,cook the eggs as an omelette in the Varoma lined with baking paper, put aside. The meat/vegies could then be cooked in the TMX bowl on reverse and added to the rice. So it is possible, but it will not have the same flavor that you might be looking for.
