My Thermomix arrived today. Very excited and a little overwhelmed. Family are very excited about the recipes I'll be trying.

Don't be overwhelmed - just start with something easy like custard, and you'll have it down pat before you know it! You'll get plenty of help here

Hi Cheryls, welcome to the forum. You've only got to read this forum to see how much we all love our machine and how much we use it on a daily basis. You will soon be one of us in that regard and will then understand why we are all TMX-nutters.

Thanks so much. Have consultant coming on Thursday for demo. Will try and practise making things before she comes. My friend is buying one as well. When we went to a monthly demo a couple of weeks ago we couldn't believe how many people raved about the TM. The recipes online seem really good as well.

Welcome cheryls. What an excellent idea to have a go before your consultant comes along. Hope it's going well.

Hi Cheryls,
Welcome! You will love your TMX and what you can do with it! I am new to it too, but have had such help and advice from this forum. By the time your demo comes around you will be using it like a master
