Umm I have just cooked some pickled pork . It is similar to pigs trotters in flavour if any one is interested in what trotters taste like without the fuss. Absolute velvet on the palate. Still working up my brawn recipe.

Oh dear a klosse recipe. Haven't made them in years and really do NOT need to make them. No room left in my skirt for that.
