Thanks everyone. Yes Thermy is certainly helping out. But I'm missing playing with him, and probably keeping it a little simpler than previously. I'm making big batches of brown rice salad, boiled eggs and steamed chicken each Sunday, and that keeps me in lunch for the week which is a big help. Roasted two chickens yesterday, so will be using those up, bread's baking, sauce simmering, and probably going to try something inspired by Chelsea's wrap challenge for dinner. YUMMO!
