What great news Julia.  Your parents obviously realised you would feel the loss when you had to give them their TMX back and it was a wonderful thing they did for you.

I am so happy with my new TM!!! I made a choc weetbix slice with my 10year old son on Friday which my consultant helped me to convert. It turned out great!! We had to go to a party in narrogin and stay the night on Sat and I was thinking I should be playing with my new toy!!  Anyway we got home this arvo and I made banana smoothies for the boys. Dinner tonight was fantastic!! I made the cashew chicken from the Indian cookbook. I did rice as well and while the rice was cooking, I used the varoma. I put brocolli in the bottom of the varoma and on the tray I put cubes of chicken that I had marinated in oyster sauce as I didn't think my 6yr old would eat the curry. DH had a second helping and has some to take for lunch tomorrow! I think he was quite impressed and it was made from scratch. We also made porridge Saturday morning. Ho hum what to make tomorrow???

It sounds like you are having fun. ;)
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
