Had to show you all this cake

This is a cake our hostess on Australia Day had made for the occasion.  She is only 21 years old so we all thought she had done a great job - the chocolate cake inside was so dark and moist.

No CC because I didn't eat the cake and find out how lovely it was until I got home.  I will ask her next time I see them.  She also makes the best Caesar Salad too.
