I love the ginger beer recipe Lady Ricey and would make it more often if ginger wasn't so expensive. It took me ages to get around to boiling eggs in the TMX but wouldn't do it any other way now. I also find it annoying that there are no details of how many serves recipes produce, with drinks I just add up the mls of all the ingredients (mainly talking cocktails here) and work it out from there, easy to just make one glass that way. Glad to see you are enjoying your cooking once more.
