Hi Shane and welcome, My DD (who is 11) loves using the TM. Yesterday she made 2 rich chocolate cakes, we split them in half then filled between the layers with some creem cheese frosting. It smells and looks delisious (We have yet to taste it)
The kids love getting to help with the cooking.

Welcome Shane, nice to see another man around :) And yes, it's wonderful to have something the kis can help with that works so easily (and not have to worry about hot hobs, chopped fingers and such)

Bedlam: oh I dunno, it's a tossup between the TMX and the iPad. Both are indispensable in the kitchen :)
