Christmas platters
« on: November 18, 2010, 08:43:05 am »
Hi, I'm looking at doing a platter up for my workmates as a present. I've got as far as some dips, any suggestions as to what else I can put on it? Thanks

Hi Lenirat, welcome to the forum. The quince paste is popular http://thermomix-er.blogspot.com/2010/04/thermomix-quince-paste.html and I love the red pepper 'jam' too http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4425.0
