Instead of plastic wrap you can use paper towel - just make sure it is away from the sensing arm on the RHS. Works a treat.

RHS got me for quite a while there - I figured that it wasn't the Royal Horticultural Society

Finally worked out it must stand for Right Hand Side - yes?
