Smoked Salmon Dip

Name of Recipe:Smoked Salmon Dip
Number of People:
Ingredients:
Small handful parsley
1/2 medium red onion
30g walnuts
50g TM3(EDC) mayanaise
250g block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
100g smoked salmon

Preparation:
Place parsley, onion and walnuts in TM bowl and mix on speed 5 for 5 sec.
Scrape down sides and add mayanaise and cream cheese.  Mix on speeed 4 for 30 sec. 
Add salmon and mix for 30 sec on speed 4-5.

This sounds lovely. Will try whipping it up instead of my old standby dip, the herb and parsley one from EDC.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

tried this dip out when i was in oz and everyone loved it...yummo!!  Definately going in my favourites!!  :)
