I made these yesterday. I lined my bench top with baking paper and rolled the dough into logs on top of the baking paper (not wrapping them in it). I then sliced them into rounds and put them on a tray lined with more baking paper.
The only thing I will do different next time is chop the cranberries and nuts first and add them back in later. I think they would chop up better that way than using the turbo button when they are in the dough as suggested.
