Hi, I have just got my thermomix before christmas and I am demonstrating them here in Dublin.  As a cook who does everything from scratch I was very sceptical but as soon as I saw the demonstration I became aware of the potential of this machine.  I wont use it for everything but there are certain things that it is brillant for.  Fool proof sauces, choux pastry, soups, as well as being a brillant grinder.  I am looking forward to adapting alot of my recipes to show this off to its full potential as I do think it is a truly great machine.

Hello Ruthw, welcome to the forum. Is the Thermomix a big seller in Ireland?  Would love to see some of your conversions on the forum when and if you have time to post them.
