You could purchase the Cyndi O'meara thermy cookbook - she is a nutritionist and has a back to basics approach. I have her other non-thermy cookbook and enjoy it. Waiting patiently for my Cyndi thermy cookbook
I have also made some things and cut the fat/sugar quite considerably with no problem! The sorbet for example, I only use 50g - otherwise it is way too sweet for our taste !
I am wary of cutting thin slices of bread too - home made bread is much heavier and much more tempting too!
