Golden Chicken Nuggets

This is my first post in the Forum Thermomix! Total newb here!

I made these golden chicken nuggets tonight and just wanted to say how much my husband and I liked them.  The real test will be tomorrow when my LO tries them! She's not a fan of corn so I swapped that for mushrooms.

I was thinking about making another version without cheese but with garlic, onion and coriander. Do you think they would still stick together without the cheese or is that the ingredient that holds it together?

I'm glad you enjoyed the nuggets, hope your LO does too!  I haven't tried them without the cheese, so can't answer that question, tho I can't see it being too much of a problem...try it and see!!

Cally, I just read on page 2 of this thread where Amy posted she had made them without cheese, so obviously it can be done!
