Sauce for 2 people
« on: June 05, 2012, 12:51:11 am »
I am wondering if someone has a sauce recipe for vegetables, a cheese sauce or white sauce, that is for 2 people.  I dont particulary like the EDC basic sauce recipe but even if I am desperate and make it and halve it, it still makes way too much.

ELH05, when I want a little bit of parsley or cheese sauce for just the 2 of us, I make it in a big mug in the microwave.

lol fundj, how did I know you would suggest freezing? You have really changed my complete freezing habits in the last 1.5 months, so much so that I said to DH the other day I would like a new freezer (in addition to the current one) he nearly fell over! Everytime I have left overs of anything I think 'would fundj freeze this?' :D

Yep sure does, I'm amazed at the difference! I'm now just waiting for an unexpected visitor to turn up so I can offer them a smoothie, ice-cream, cake, slice, bread, home made pasta, main meal, soup, sauce, paste,...etc  ;D
