My Chinese DIL said that there is a difference between the egg based wonton wrappers and the wrappers without the egg. One lot for frying and one for steaming. Can't remember which. !!!

I thought they were mostly egg based? Will check the ingredients on the Gyoza wrappers next time I buy some.
