Hi, have  to cook a 3 course fillipino dinner party for 5. Any suggestions? ;D

Hi Jomart I would suggest PORK ADOBO you can find on the net it is a very tasty dish I have made it several times. Chicken in tomato sauce called FRITADA I never cooked this myself but it looks good from the book that I have here in front of me. The book is called FILIPINO home style dishes. Delicious meals in minutes. If you want some more dishes let me know I have a few Filipino cook books. Frans
