« on: February 22, 2011, 07:16:37 pm »
Hi,

I am new at all of this. Not computer literate and going to give mu best shot.

The TMX is very new to Africa and I have had mine for 3 months.

Wow it has changed  my life and I speak of nothing else. Always looking for new ideas and recipes. Hope to share some of my conversions soon.

Another new owner from S.A. joined a while back.  It's good to see that the TMX is getting a toehold there.

Welcome and congratulations.

Hello Africa, welcome to the forum.  It doesn't matter where we are from in this great wide world of ours, we are all besotted with this wonder machine. Hope you enjoy your time here and maybe have some recipes to contribute as you become more familiar with the way we work.  There have been others like you too as far as computer literacy is concerned so you only need to ask a question on that subject too and someone will know the answer.  We talk about all sorts of things on here as you will find out if you spend some time browsing - hope you have plenty of free time to do so, it becomes very addictive and most of us like to get our daily dose of forum chatting.

Welcome to the Forum Africa.    Try   Isi's Portuguese rolls. I hear from a SA friend that you have something similar.

Hi Guys,

don't know what happend but my previous posting lost the message. Trying to find my way around the site.

Thanks for all the responses.
Thanks for the helpfull hints Creampuff 63, these will be used.
Achookwoman, I found the receipe for Isi's Portuguese rolls. Will try them out this weekend. My Thermomix has made me want to give up my career and stay at home to cook.  Hubby is a huge fan but confused about my new found craziness.
Speak to you soon.

Welcome Africa,

I understand when you said you want to stay home and cook. There is so much to try and not enough hours in the day, especially if you work. Enjoy your TMX. :)
