Jasmine Rice from Nay-Nay and Jamie Oliver

This is his exact recipe in his words:
JASMINE RICE Put a medium saucepan on a medium heat. Add the mug of rice, a pinch of salt, a splash of olive oil, the 2 jasmine teabags or flower, and cover with 2 mugs of boiling water (use the same mug you used for the rice). Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes, then take off the heat and leave to steam with the lid on for 7 minutes. http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/seafood-recipes/thai-red-prawn-curry-jasmine-rice-cucumb

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I add about up to 400g of rice in basket, 900g of water, olive oil, salt and 10-15 tiny balls of the Jasmine dragons pearls to the rice. http://www.google.com.au/images?rlz=1T4SUNC_enAU396AU396&q=jasmine%20dragon%20pearl%20tea&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1003&bih=509
I put that on 100C for about 15min speed 3 (30 min for brown rice)
Jamie uses one of those bound up Jasmine flowers (on a separate note they are stunning to use in a clear glass teapot at your next tea party.) - you can get them from those specialty teas shops
