This is sounding good, fundgi did you start with cream cheese, apricot and almonds? How much?
I love Mersey valley cheese with the onion will add another taste. Just might have to make some.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

 8 apricots, 2 tablespoons almonds,1 of sunflower seeds a ½ tablespoon of pine nuts  and plenty of pepper.  i roasted my nuts and seeds
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

i will roll in poppy seed just b4 needed

Looks gorgeous.  Poppy seeds should be lovely.  I usually used toasted sesame or finely ground nuts - pistachios make for a pretty look and sometimes I roll one in the smoky type pimenton or paprika.
