Welcome purplepepper - don't feel nervous, just get in there and make as much as you possibly can with your TM. Try some things at the beginning of the book and before you know it your nerves will disappear. We hope you find this forum helpful and inspiring. Hi PP, welcome to the forum.  There are some good recipes in the Babies & Kids section (3 pages to browse) http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?board=16.0.  Suitable for adults, why should only kids have all the good stuff ;) ;)
Have a browse, check out the reviews and have a go. It won't be long and you will be as confident as the rest of us.

Hi PP welcome to the forum

I've got 3 boys - the oldest is 9 - and love making stuff from scratch for them.  They're pretty skinny so I do a lot of biscuits and cakes in my TM but its so nice to know they're scoffing all this stuff that's not full of salts or trans fats and rubbish.   ;D

H, purplepepper - life has been interfering with my forum trawling, hence the bleated welcome.  :)  :)
