goodies from Singapore
« on: August 04, 2013, 02:12:24 am »
I had a week business trip to Singapore. Had one night cooking class which was lots of fun and here are goodies from supermarket and baking shop. There are a number of items from Asian cooking book I found here.

When you take time to prepare healthy food for family and friends, you are offering them a special gift.  Not only will they feel nourished by the nutrients in the food but also by your generosity in creating delicious treats for their enjoyment.

Ooh I am jealous.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

we made opera cake and walnut pecan caramel loaf which is like scroll but they roll the narrow side and bake it as one loaf. surely when using tmx can save so much time. I took both to work the next day and everyone love them. Below are some photos.
