hi there, i've not tried to make this dish at all, but have several customers who have not had any luck with making it following the everyday cookbook recipes.  anyone got any words of wisdom on this one?  it does seem strange to be heating the eggs up??

pmd you a recipe I was given a couple of years ago. Have tried it myself, and whilst it was not a huge pav it was gorgeous, and topped it with raspberry cream  :D
