New To the Thermomix World of Cooking

Hi Everyone,
I have had my Thermomix for 2 weeks now and have never loved cooking so much. I cant believe what I have been making. This has to be the most versatile appliance ever and so easy to use! The added bonus of cooking good healthy meals from scratch was my reason for purchasing one.
Looking forward to many years of enjoyable cooking and swapping recipes and ideas

Welcome to the Thermo-addicts forum. You'll find we are all fairly like minded when it comes to making food from scratch. Look forward to your future posts.

Welcome Carol & Mark, we all know what you mean. Some of us have had our machines for well over 2 years now and still surprise ourselves with what we end up making. When I bought mine, I never thought I would be making so much from scratch but this forum inspires us all.

Thanks for the warm and friendly welcome everyone! Much appreciated.
Have made some interesting food today. Tomato and lentil dahl which is delicious! Also made foccascia as I would have never had dreamed of making it even in the breadmaker we had and just had to try. So nice and light and a much better quality product than anything that ever came out of the breadmaker and in a third of the time. For the girls at work I made Profiteroles. Im sure they will enjoy them tommorrow. Ive done the taste test and they are as good if not better (because of the ingredients) than anything you could buy. All these recipes are from the everyday cookbook. Happy cooking everyone!
Cheers

Welcome, they are brilliant aren't they. We love ours, and our kids are even in love with everything that comes out of it. Their favourite would have to be freshly baked bread. It's quite amazing how many additives they add into a simple loaf of store bought bread ! Enjoy, I'm sure you'll love it more and more as time goes by !
