Tuna - freah
« on: March 28, 2011, 03:41:08 pm »
Hello all...

I was lucky enough to get some fesh tuna (actually from the sea yesturday..OMG) and the taste/flavor either raw (sushimi) or cooked is AWSOME... for those of you who have only ever had the canned variety (which is also good), if you get the opportunity to try the real thing either raw or cooked - do yourself a favor (molly meldrum style) and "have go mate!!!" it is FANTASTIC!!

So I am interested to see if any one has converted or just dabbled with fresh tuna in the TMX??

Look forward to heearing from all...

Fi :D

You lucky thing. I have only tasted fresh tuna as sashimi or on sushi. I would love to try it in a larger piece.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
