Semolina Porridge recipe anyone?

With winter coming on, porridge season approaches - but growing up in the tropics means I never developed a taste for tradtional porridge - but I recently discovered the joys of semolina porridge...

Anyone have a TMX recipe... one with cinnamon?

I don't, but something to work on as we are always on the look out for new breakfast recipes

Catherine & Kathryn there is a recipe in the EDC at the back of the book in the Babies & Toddlers section for Semolina with Milk and Apple - sounds pretty good to me.  Just need to increase the quantities.

Yup that one is on the menu next week Tenina, had to add it as soon as I saw it. 

Never thought to check the babies section of the book lol, my kids were out of that when I got the book. I guess I should have a look and know what is there as a reference from a consultants point of view!!
