I made this yesterday for lunch. We loved the soup. I didnt have the bread & the cheese in the soup, however we did have bread and sliced cheese to go with the soup.

It was a lovely light lunch. Will be made again.

So easy to make.

Would have been much easier to eat Hally, I think it is a much better idea although not traditional.

To be honest the reason we ddnt have it the traditional way,  we wanted to try the bugettes fresh :D

I did  want to see what the flavours were like so we dunked. Yes yum.

Made this today.  Have never had FOS before so have nothing I can compare it to, but we did enjoy it.

I reduced the brown sugar to 15g and next time I may reduce the white wine by 1/4 cup, otherwise was really lovely.

Used home made stock too.  :D
