Hi from a new member

Hi,
I have joined the forum to learn more about my Thermomix, try new recipes and chat with people who love cooking as much as I do. I have owned a Thermomix for about 18 months and do use it often but would like to learn how to use it in different ways. I am especially interested in meat dishes for winter as I work long hours and am keen to try some quick and nutritious recipes.
I made a lovely Cauliflower and Bacon soup last night in a very limited amount of time and while I was cooking I had the brain wave of logging onto the internet to try to find a forum - so here I am.
I look forward to chatting with you all and sharing recipes.
Cheers,
Katrina

Welcome sullygirl. I am only a newbie as well. There was a Gourmet Beef recipe I noticed this morning. I am cooking it tomorrow as we get together with the family on Wednesday nights. We will be having it with some Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Couscous that I also noticed on here this morning.
I am sure you will get more out of this forum than you expect, the users here are wonderful people and only too happy to help.

Hi Katrina, welcome to the forum. Lots of main course meals on here if you can find the time to browse that section as well as the All-in-one Meals section which incorporates using the varoma. Do you use your varoma much? You will soon discover that finding this forum was the best thing to happen to you since you bought the TMX

Hi everyone,
I am also a new member. I have had my TM for less than a month, and I am loving every minute of it. I have a 22 month old, so cooking for her and my family has never been easier.
Just wanted to say "hi" and looking forward to trying out all of these lovely forum recipes.
