Well I have known about and talked about the Thermomix for years...
but was afraid to have a demo as I knew I would want one straight away  :-\

I don't know why it took so long but finally I will be the new proud owner in about a week YAY!!!

I am very excited and am grateful for all the info and forums like these to help us newbies to the Thermomix world.

I can't wait to create masterpieces from whole food without effort and to clean out my electrical appliances cupboard(s).

Not sure what my first meals will be but love checking out the recipes in the forum and great ideas.

Anyway - enough about me  ;D

Would love to hear any tips you have and thank you in advance for all the great advice on this forum and other blogs I have found.

Cheers
Peta

Hi Peta and welcome to this forum and the world of TMX - although it sounds as though you have been there in thought for some time.  My advice - access the wonderful support available on this forum and the many who have been a part of that support since inception - thank you all -  (I don't come close in the knowledge of those wonders) and follow the recipes step by step until your confidence grows in the use of and wonders of this kitchen miracle.  Looking forward to your contact with us all!!!!!!!  :)  :)  :)

Hi Peta, welcome to the forum.  Unlike you, I had never heard of the TMX so went along to DD's demo which was held mainly for me as she knew I'd buy one.  She was right and it is now my best friend in the kitchen.

Welcome Peta
You will love having a Thermomix. Judy certainly has helped you. Thanks Judy. :-*
The waiting is very hard. Take the time to think about what you plan to make and shop accordingly.
