Parsnip mash?
« on: May 14, 2011, 12:00:44 am »
Hi there, wondering if anyone has any tips for mashing parsnip?  My TM is new and I haven't worked out how to do things without a recipe yet!

Parsnip Mash
3 medium parsnips
35g butter
60 ml cream
Peel the parsnips and cut into chunks and place in rice basket.
Add 500g water and cook for 15 mins/varoma/speed 1.
Remove basket from bowl and discard water.
Place parsnip in bowl with remaining ingredients.
Chop parsnips for 7 secs/speed 6.
Insert butterfly and mix for 20 secs/speed 4 or until smooth.

This recipe is from RoboGuormet iPhone app
