storing

I don’t know why I didn’t think of this b4

Storing, stock, pesto sauce, garlic purée, chill paste etc, in a plastic squeeze bottle

So much easier and cleaner just squeeze straight into bowl

I saw a chef on masterchef last night squeezing something out from his plastic bottle  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Isn't that what they call a "Eureka" moment - it seems so obvious but you just never thought of it then, suddenly, WOW .... and it all falls into place.

oops sorry should I have shared??!! It is also one of those things that you don't think to share so hats off to you as well Fundj for thinking of sharing with everyone. I ended up saving my old tomato paste bottles and using those as they have a valve in the lid. Just check them though if you decide to go that way as not all of them have the valve and if you store them on their lids they leak  :-))
