Cheese sauce is my biggest win to date - my little boy loves macaroni cheese

Have you tried this recipe for cheese sauce Brunette - it has rave reviews.

Sorry Nik, haven't forgotten about you but DH is in hospital at the moment and I am not thinking straight  :-* :-*

Oh dear Judy, poor you.  Men are such a darn worry aren't they  :-))  Mine was in hospital last August so I know how it addles with your brain.  Hope its nothing serious and he gets better soon.  Its incredibly stressful so do look after yourself.

Sorry for gatecrashing your thread Brunette.  I have started one about my DH here to save further postings in your introduction.

Hi Brunette, welcome from Windlesham, just down the road from HQ UK. Seeing you've got a little one, get him involved in making chocolate custard http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/2009/2940/chocolate-custard.html, he'll love it. Have fun with your new machine - have you named her/him yet? Mine's "Bimbo"

PS Judydawn, there's at least one guy from the UK on the forum too - ME ;D

Probably the only guy from the UK too Rogizoja.  How are your demos going - doing plenty?

Hey Judy

please don't worry - I'm so sorry to hear about your husband and I wish him better soon.

Thanks for the cheese sauce recipe - will definitely try it as the one from the TMX cookbook was a bit gluey

cooked my risotto tonight - it was lovely! off to post on that thread now.

Hi Caroline - North of the river - almost as far north as you can go before it stops being London! You?

As south as you can go before it stops being London  ;D
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

I made this last night, using Maddys version of 200g cheese and cornflour, it was divine and my DH reckons it was the nicest cheese sauce I have ever made  ;D

A belated welcome Brunette. I'm pleased you are enjoying your TMX. We all love ours as I'm sure you can tell.
